Product and Inventory Management: Variants, Bundles and Multiple Warehouses
How do you manage products and inventory in Esoltec? In Esoltec, products and inventory are managed from one admin panel: you keep variants such as color and size with their own stock and price, and sell products as bundles or assorted packs. Stock is tracked by warehouse, and prices are updated in bulk by percentage or amount. The catalog and stock list download as Excel files, and the catalog updates with a bulk upload. Back-in-stock alerts are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

What you can do in the panel
Variants, bundles and assorted packs
Within a single product, you keep options such as color and size, each with its own stock and price, and you can sell several products as a bundle or as an assorted pack.
Multiple warehouses and stock
Under Stock & Pricing, you define warehouses and track stock by warehouse. Back-in-stock notifications, which tell customers when an item is available again, are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Bulk actions and Excel
You update prices in bulk by a percentage or a fixed amount and download the catalog and stock list as Excel files. You can upload catalog changes back with Bulk Import.

On the Product Catalog › New Product screen, you enter the title, images, price and stock.

Options such as color and size are added, each with its own stock and price.

Speed things up with bulk upload
Upload your existing catalog with the Excel template, then make later updates with bulk actions.
Frequently asked questions
How many products can I add?
There is no extra charge per product; plans differ by sales channels, notifications and support, not by the number of products. All the differences between plans are in the comparison table in the pricing section.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes. You can offer a product for sale without shipping; the order then proceeds without a shipping step.
Can I keep stock in more than one warehouse?
Yes. You can define warehouses and track stock by warehouse; multi-warehouse management is available on all three plans.
Can I change product prices in bulk?
Yes. With the bulk action on the Stock & Pricing › Price List screen, you update the prices of the products you select by a percentage or a fixed amount.
