iyzico Integration: 3D Secure, Installments and Refunds
How do you take payments with iyzico on Esoltec? Esoltec's iyzico integration lets you take card payments with your own iyzico account: you enter the API Key and Secret Key in Finance › Payment Settings, test them and switch to live. Card payments are taken with 3D Secure, and installment options come from iyzico based on the customer's card. You make full or partial refunds from the order detail; the money goes straight to your iyzico account.

What you can do
Card payments: card details are taken at checkout and the payment completes with 3D Secure verification.
Installments: when the customer enters a card number, that card's installment options are queried from iyzico; you set the maximum number of installments offered.
Refunds: you refund all or part of the amount through iyzico from the “Payment Info” tab of the order detail.
Test and live modes: test and live keys are stored separately, so you don't re-enter them when you switch modes.
How to connect it

If you sell in more than one region, switch to the region you will take payments in first.

In Finance › Payment Settings, press “Add Provider” and choose iyzico.

Enter the API Key and Secret Key from your iyzico panel; verify them with “Test” and press “Connect”.

Switch the provider to “Live” and make it “Active”; if you have more than one provider, choose a default.
What you need
- An iyzico merchant account and live API Key / Secret Key.
- A standard iyzico account, not the marketplace (sub-merchant) model.
Limits to know
Things that don't work today or work differently; when they change, this page and its date are updated.
- There are no saved cards; customers enter their card details for every payment.
- Per-installment rates or installment interest are not set in the panel; commission and interest follow your agreement with iyzico.
- In your iyzico panel, the payment's basket lines do not show product names; the payment is taken on the order total.
- In test mode, iyzico's shared test account is used; your own keys come into play in live mode.

Can I sell in installments with iyzico?
Yes. When the customer enters a card number, that card's installment options come from iyzico; you set the highest number of installments offered with “Maximum Installments” in the provider settings.
Which account does an iyzico payment go to?
The payment goes straight to your own iyzico account; Esoltec does not hold the money. Payout timing and the commission rate depend on your agreement with iyzico.
Can I make partial refunds with iyzico?
Yes. On the “Payment Info” tab of the order detail, use “Refund” to return part of the amount; a refund reason is required and total refunds cannot exceed the order amount.
Can I use iyzico together with another payment provider?
Yes, several providers can be active in one region. Card payments are handled by the region's default provider; providers that offer a separate payment option, such as PayPal, appear separately at checkout.
